Founder Tania I. Ortiz has a background in graphic design and works across visual identity, websites, application design, and emerging technology. Her approach treats brand, interface, content, and workflow as connected parts of the same customer experience.
Accessibility and neuroinclusive thinking are part of the design process. AI-assisted work is reviewed by a human before client delivery, and important decisions remain visible and controllable.

The local practice focuses on small businesses and organizations in Paterson, Passaic County, and North Jersey that need a more professional, connected digital presence. TIO2 Inc. also develops custom applications and decision tools for broader use cases when the problem requires it.
