This website provides general information about TIO2 Inc. and its services. Website content is not a binding proposal, guarantee, or professional legal, financial, medical, or regulatory opinion.

Project engagements

No project begins solely because a form is submitted. Services require a written scope, pricing, responsibilities, payment terms, and approval by both parties.

Fixed-price website packages

The website-packages checkout identifies the included page limit, features, revision limit, exclusions, and full price for each fixed package. The customer approves that listed scope when accepting these terms and completing payment. TIO2 Inc. will then contact the customer to confirm onboarding, required materials, project acceptance, and scheduling. Payment does not guarantee an immediate start or completion date.

Payments and receipts

PayPal processes online payments. TIO2 Inc. does not receive or store the customer's PayPal password or complete payment-card number. A successful PayPal capture produces a transaction identifier and service-order receipt. Third-party charges and work outside the selected package are not included unless separately approved in writing.

Changes, cancellation, and refunds

Customers should contact TIO2 Inc. before purchasing if the listed package does not match their requirements. Requests to change scope, cancel, reschedule, or seek a refund are reviewed according to the work already performed, costs already committed, the written package confirmation, PayPal requirements, and applicable law.

Outcomes and estimates

TIO2 Inc. designs systems intended to improve defined business outcomes. Results depend on implementation, client inputs, market conditions, data quality, adoption, and other factors outside TIO2 Inc.’s control. No revenue, productivity, conversion, or return-on-investment result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

AI-assisted services

Some services use artificial intelligence to assist with research, drafting, organization, production, or analysis. Human review is incorporated before delivery, but clients remain responsible for final business decisions and for verifying regulated, legal, financial, or safety-critical uses.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of project materials are governed by the applicable written agreement. Website content, branding, layouts, and original materials may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
