PRODUCT DESIGN • EXPLAINABLE AI

Saphir XAI

A creator preflight workspace designed to turn vague launch confidence into visible assumptions, scenarios, rehearsals, and an actionable plan.

Saphir XAI interface presenting creator launch-planning information

The problem

Creators often prepare a release using fragmented notes, platform advice, and optimistic guesses. A single score would make the uncertainty look simpler than it is. The design challenge was to help a creator prepare without disguising assumptions as certainty.

The product strategy

Saphir XAI structures launch planning as a transparent sequence: profile and intake, assumptions, scenario modeling, explainable narrative, rehearsal, launch plan, and history. The interface makes the inputs and reasoning available so the creator can question and revise them.

Key system decisions

  • Guided intake that separates known facts from assumptions
  • Scenario modeling rather than a single guaranteed forecast
  • Plain-language explanations connected to the underlying inputs
  • Rehearsal prompts that turn analysis into preparation
  • A launch plan that remains reviewable and editable
  • History that supports comparison instead of hidden recalculation

Current status

Saphir XAI is presented as a TIO2 Inc. product-development case study. It demonstrates information architecture, interface design, and explainable-AI principles; no commercial adoption or performance result is asserted here.
